- Student groups, clubs, and organisations
- Academic institutions, universities, and educational bodies
You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and to reject or revoke accounts that do not meet our criteria.
3. Account Request and Approval
All account requests are subject to review. We may:

- Approve, defer, or decline requests at our discretion
- Limit the number of accounts per applicant or institution
Approval does not guarantee ongoing access. Accounts must be used in accordance with these terms and our acceptable use policy.
4. Acceptable Use

- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Service Availability

6. Fees and Payment
Pricing for our plans is set out on our website. Fees are charged according to the selected plan (monthly or annual). You agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Intellectual Property
GlobalStudents, our branding, and the email service infrastructure remain our intellectual property. You retain ownership of content you send and receive. You grant us limited rights to process and store your data as necessary to provide the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlobalStudents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your access will cease, and we may retain or delete data according to our retention policy.
10. Changes to Terms
